Ever since I had to blog for grad school, I have avoided it. But now, I want to have a place where Ken and I can document our adventures. A story that will keep on telling. I don't consider myself a poet or artistic, but taking steps forward, attempting is the beginning of the journey.
The definition of adventure is an exciting or very unusual experience. Participation in exciting undertakings or enterprises; the spirit of adventure. Life presents us with many different experiences; some exciting and glamourous, others the mundane and difficult. I want to live my life, our life adventurously; where we don't know what will happen, where the unexpected happens. In that tension, we can really see God's hand and direction in our lives as we sojourn through this life together. So heres to the unusual experiences of life, the undertakings both good and bad that make this life the adventure it is. "The adventure is in the the journey, not the destination." -Anonymous
